Your lie in April 四月は君の嘘

The elusive location of the footbridge from the OP and ED finally comes to light this week. Referred to as Doryō Bridge (土稜橋) in the show, Mae-dōri Bridge (前通り橋) is located not in Nerima Ward like the bulk of our locations, but just across the border in Niiza (新座), Saitama Prefecture.

At this point, it’s clear that while KimiUso draws on locations from the same general area, their spatial relationship in the show is not meant to reflect reality.

Tairaya supermarket Musashi-Sakai location (TAIRAYA武蔵境店), operated by Eco’s (エコス), is part of a shōtengai that flanks traffic bearing Musashi-Sakai-dōri, and continues north in the same line as the Skippu-dōri Shōtengai (すきっぷ通り商店街) adjacent to the train station.

This design placing the bulk of commercial activity adjacent to and leading out from the train station makes it not unusual for locals to run into each other while on errands.
